Adar Speaks About His New Song Addicted
By Presta, 20 June 2023
My name is Joe Adar Kwach, stage name Adar. I am an artist born and raised in Nairobi. I currently reside in Ongata Rongai.
My music style encompasses Hip hop, Drill, RnB, & Pop music drawing influences from artists like Drake, Lil Wayne, The Weeknd, & Don Toliver. Kenyan artist influences include E-Sir, Nyashinski, & Buruklyn Boyz.
My latest project is a single called ‘Addicted’. It’s an emotional track highlighting the helpless attachment we tend to have toward something or someone that might or might not be good for us.
What I want to achieve with the track is to reach a wider fan base because this is a topic most people can relate to. This will also be helpful for my next releases as my music grows.
I did a press coverage for the pre-release of the single with Prestablogs.
I have a started a media tour as preparation for both the pre-release and release of the single’s official video. i recently did a tv interview on KuTv morning show known as arts & culture.
Fans can get ‘Addicted’ on all available digital platforms. See attached below links
