Bmixx , Musician.

Even though he remains incarcerated for murder , the World boss as he is known has been busy re- arranging his dancehall empire.

He has been doing from the 2010’s when he introduced us to talents like Popcaan, Tommy Lee Sparta,Gazaslim, ShwanStorm etc.

• Underrated Kenyan Tunes Poised to Take Over .
Kenya’s music landscape is bursting with talent, and while some artists dominate the charts, others are quietly crafting sonic gems that are just one moment away from taking over.

He also made the same move in 2020 , when he introduced us to acts like Squash, juucee fruit , his two sons Young Addi, Likkle Kartel & Skillibeng on the EP dons & Divas.

Something that has stood out is that despite him having two sons active in the music industry with a couple of bangers , he has decided to pass the mantle to Skillibeng , calling him the prince on their latest collaboration The King and Prince .

This is something rare for inthe dancehall industry the mantle has always been taken by force , usually with beefs like the one Vybz had with Mavado at the 2008 sting festival, where he annailated him.

The song has gone over people’s heads but in reality Vybz Kartel has already settled on his successor, Skillibeng one who has been running the industry with hits such as Brick Pan Brick, Whap Whap, among others .

t’s clear to see that addi ticha is comfortable with that position , and Skillibeng has accepted his role as the anointed one, Now it’s time to shine.
